Tampered Taxi Meters - CEBU

I've created this blog to help us become aware of the various operators and individual taxis with bogus or probably tampered meters.
This blog came to mind when I paid 197.50 pesos for my usual 165 pesos meter rate for the same distance/route on a late night traffic free road. Please state your experiences and the details of the taxi so that we can update and add them to the list.
